...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 PM EDT
FOR EAST CENTRAL CABELL...SOUTHERN PUTNAM...NORTHWESTERN KANAWHA AND
NORTHEASTERN LINCOLN COUNTIES...

At 257 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Hurricane, or 9
miles west of Nitro, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Nitro, Winfield, Jefferson, South Charleston, St. Albans, Dunbar,
Hurricane, Milton, Poca, Cross Lanes, Culloden, Alum Creek,
Institute, Tornado, Teays Valley, and Bancroft.
