The Flood Advisory will expire at 1215 PM EDT this afternoon for
portions of Virginia, including the following areas and independent
city, Alleghany VA, Botetourt, City of Covington and Craig and
southeast West Virginia, including the following areas, Greenbrier,
Monroe and Summers.

Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
