...STRONG THUNDERSTORMs WILL IMPACT GRAYSON COUNTY THROUGH 615 PM
EDT...

At 530 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of slow moving
strong thunderstorms over the western and central part of Grayson
County. The strongest storm was near Mouth Of Wilson. These
thunderstorms were nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Pea size hail. Heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Flooding of
         poor drainage areas and potential for gravel and debris to
         be washed onto the highway from roadside ditches.

Volney...
Rugby...
and Bridle Creek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Locally heavy rain will quickly reduce visibility and result in
ponding of water on roadways, standing water in low lying areas, and
minor flooding of creeks, streams, and areas of poor drainage.
Drivers are urged to slow down and use extra caution to avoid
hydroplaning.
