SOUTHEASTERN CITY OF LYNCHBURG IS CANCELLED...

The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the warned
area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT for
central and south central Virginia.

FOR APPOMATTOX...NORTHERN CHARLOTTE...SOUTHEASTERN
CAMPBELL...EASTERN PITTSYLVANIA...NORTH CENTRAL HALIFAX AND
BUCKINGHAM COUNTIES...

At 814 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Afton to near Toga to near Phenix, moving east at
40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Brookneal...
Keysville...
Charlotte Court House...
Dillwyn...
and Phenix.
