Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A strengthening low pressure system will reach western
Lake Superior around 29.10 inches this morning. This system will
force a cold front through the eastern lakes this afternoon and
evening. High pressure then builds in for Thursday and Friday.

.REST OF TONIGHT...South winds 10 to 15 knots. Mostly clear. Waves 2
feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Partly sunny with a
chance of showers and thunderstorms. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...West winds 10 to 15 knots diminishing to 5 to 10
knots after midnight. Partly cloudy. Waves 2 feet or less.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots backing to the south early
in the afternoon. Sunny. Waves 2 feet or less.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...South winds 5 to 10 knots. Clear. Waves 2 feet or
less.
.FRIDAY...South winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southeast 10 to 15
knots in the evening. Mostly sunny in the morning...then a chance of
light showers in the afternoon. Partly cloudy with a chance of
showers and thunderstorms in the evening. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots. Partly cloudy. A chance of
showers and thunderstorms. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots. Partly cloudy. A chance of
