.DISCUSSION....A cold front will cross western Washington today with
a quick round of widespread wetting rainfall. Post-frontal showers
Wednesday with a lightning strike or two possible. Dry conditions on
Thursday and Friday as high pressure builds over the region. Wet
weather looks to return Sunday into next week as a series of frontal
systems move across the region.

 Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
