.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure Thursday for drier and somewhat
warmer conditions. Another system will move across Washington
later Friday into Saturday for cooler and unsettled conditions.
A ridge will begin to build into the interior West next week for
warming temperatures, but a system offshore will allow for chance
of precipitation.
