...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 AM CDT MONDAY...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Missouri, including the following
  counties, Barry and McDonald.

* WHEN...Until 915 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1048 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated that heavy rain has fallen over the last 24 hours.
    Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
    warned area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
  - This includes the following low water crossings...
    Flat Creek at Highway C, Flat Creek at Highway U, Butler
    Creek at Kings Highway, Rockhouse Creek at Farm Road 2145,
    Little Sugar Creek at Skaggs Hollow Road, Big Sugar Creek at
    Buzzard Glory Road and Bentonville Hollow at Highway E.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Cassville, Pineville, Anderson, Noel, South West City,
    Seligman, Exeter, Washburn, Lanagan, Dodge, Shell Knob,
    Butterfield, Golden, Emerald Beach, Eagle Rock, Chain-O-
    Lakes, Arrow Point, Ridgley, Wayne, Powell, Mcdowell,
    Jenkins, Table Rock Lake, Roaring River State Park and Big
    Sugar Creek State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Many flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
