...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SHANNON AND EASTERN TEXAS
COUNTIES THROUGH 1145 PM CDT...

At 1108 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Summersville, or 18 miles northeast of Mountain View, moving east at
40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Echo Bluff State Park, Current River State Park, Ozark National
Scenic Riverways, Winona, Eminence, Summersville, Alley Spring, Round
Spring, and West Eminence.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for
south central Missouri.
