.DISCUSSION...A deep marine layer up to 4000 feet will mix out and clear
today and then settle down to 2500 to 3000 feet for Tuesday and Wednesday.
A weather disturbance moving through today will bring brief light offshore
flow for early Tuesday morning on its backside. A return to normal onshore
flow for Tuesday afternoon through midweek. Another weather disturbance
swings through late Thursday and Friday keeping a general upper level
trough over southern California.
