very slowly rise over the next several days as rain arrives across
the region. The river is currently forecast to reach Monitor Stage
by 1 AM PST on Tuesday January 23rd, with a maximum height of 8.3
FT at 4 AM on the 23rd. The river will then steadily fall through the
rest of the day on Tuesday.
