.DISCUSSION...
Multiple rounds of strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible
today through Friday. The greatest risk will be this afternoon and
into early Thursday morning. In addition to the risk for severe
weather, 2 to 4 inches of rainfall will be possible through
daybreak Friday north of a line from Rusk, TX to Monroe, LA.
Locally higher amounts will also be possible. Abundant low-level
moisture will be in place today and Thursday as afternoon minimum
relative humidity values should remain well above 50 percent.
