.DISCUSSION...
Active weather returns today especially across Four State fire
districts north of the I-20 corridor. This round of potentially
severe thunderstorms will exist in a generally moist atmosphere
with strong southerly winds greater than 10 mph, gusting to 30 mph
today. Minimum RH values will remain above 50 percent areawide
until frontal passage on Monday briefly introduces drier air (40
to 60 percent MinRH). Moisture returns from the Gulf of Mexico on
more southerly winds after the middle of the week. /16/
