05/22/2024 Bossier LA NWS Storm Survey
A brief and short EF-1 tornado with peak
winds estimated at 97 mph occurred along the
north side of Highway 527, just west of Red
Chute Bayou. Damage occurred to a few
structures with many trees damaged. Max
width 100 yards and path length around a
quarter mile.
