...Preliminary Storm Survey Scheduled for This Afternoon for the
Area Near Taylortown in Southern Bossier Parish LA...

The National Weather Service office in Shreveport will conduct a
storm survey this afternoon for the area near and east of
Taylortown in Southern Bossier Parish in Northwest LA. The survey
is in relation to the severe thunderstorms that moved through the
area during the evening on May 22nd, 2023.

A final assessment including results of the survey are expected
to be completed and transmitted via a Public Information
Statement by late this afternoon/early evening.

The storm survey information will also be available on our
website at http://www.weather.gov/shv
