...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL CADDO AND WEST
CENTRAL BOSSIER PARISHES...SOUTHEASTERN MARION AND EAST CENTRAL
HARRISON COUNTIES THROUGH 230 AM CDT...

At 131 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms over Oil City, or 22 miles northwest of Shreveport,
moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Shreveport, Bossier City, Blanchard, Oil City, Mooringsport, Dixie,
Caddo Lake, and Bethany.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 500 AM CDT for northwestern
Louisiana...and northeastern Texas.
