Strong wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph will be possible as we move through the remainder of the afternoon hours outside of thunderstorm activity. These are gradient wind gusts and are not associated with thunderstorm activity. These winds could cause large limbs to snap that could result in isolated power outages. These winds will mostly likely be felt across Southeast Oklahoma, Southwest Arkansas, Northeast Texas and portions of Northwest Louisiana. $$ 13
