SOUTHWESTERN OUACHITA...SOUTHEASTERN BIENVILLE AND WINN PARISHES
THROUGH 845 PM CDT...

At 740 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 16 miles south of Gibsland to 11 miles
southwest of Jonesboro to 12 miles west of Winnfield to 10 miles
northwest of Montgomery to near Natchitoches. Movement was east at 45
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Natchitoches, Winnfield, Jonesboro, Olla, Clarks, Montgomery,
Grayson, Urania, Natchez, Chatham, Clarence, Hodge, Goldonna, North
Hodge, Tullos, Dodson, Georgetown, East Hodge, Lucky, and Calvin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for
north central and northwestern Louisiana.
