CHEROKEE COUNTIES THROUGH 530 PM CDT...
At 456 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles northwest of Hallsville to near Lake
Palestine. Movement was south at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Tyler, Longview, Kilgore, Whitehouse, White Oak, Gladewater,
Hallsville, Overton, Bullard, Troup, New London, Arp, Clarksville
City, East Mountain, Liberty City, West Mountain, Lake Palestine,
Lakeport, Noonday, and New Chapel Hill.
