...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN LITTLE RIVER...
SEVIER...SOUTHERN MCCURTAIN AND NORTHEASTERN RED RIVER COUNTIES
THROUGH 930 PM CDT...

At 851 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southwest of Idabel, or 16 miles northeast of Clarksville,
moving east at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
De Queen, Horatio, Idabel, Lockesburg, Winthrop, Ben Lomond, Oak
Grove, Haworth, Eagletown, Silver Ridge, Moon, Cerrogordo, Geneva,
Central, Goodwater, Shinewell, America, Provo, West Line, and
Bellview.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
southwestern Arkansas...and northeastern Texas.
