At 1129 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Emmet, or 8 miles south of Prescott, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Prescott, Emmet, Rosston, Willisville, Bodcaw, Bluff City, White Oak Lake State Park, Cale, Young, Sutton, Waterloo, Boughton, Mount Moriah, Morris, Laneburg, and Reader.
