...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 PM CDT
FOR NORTH CENTRAL DE SOTO AND SOUTHWESTERN CADDO PARISHES...

At 652 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Shreveport,
moving east at 20 mph.

THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR SOUTH SHREVEPORT!

HAZARD...Baseball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be severely injured.
         Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs,
         siding, and vehicles.

Locations impacted include...
Shreveport, Stonewall, Robson, Forbing, Keithville, and Spring Ridge.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
