...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR SOUTHEASTERN SMITH AND NORTHWESTERN RUSK
COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled. However, a new tornado
warning is in effect for a new circulation to the north of the old
warning.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until noon CDT for
northeastern Texas.
