And now, here`s your Regional Weather Summary, for West Central
Texas.

Early this morning, skies were clear. The winds were light and
variable and temperatures as of 5 AM were mainly in the mid and
upper 60s.

Now, here`s a quick forecast summary, for West Central Texas.

For today, expect mainly hot and dry conditions, with afternoon
highs ranging from the upper 90s to around 100 in the Big Country
and 100 to 104 degrees elsewhere. There is a low chance for
strong to severe storms this afternoon across our eastern
counties, with large hail and damaging winds the primary hazards.
The unsettled pattern continues for the rest of the work week,
with rain chances each day. A more significant severe weather
threat is possible Tuesday afternoon and evening. In addition,
heavy rainfall is possible, which may lead to localized flooding.
