...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN KIMBLE AND SOUTHERN
MASON COUNTIES THROUGH 630 AM CDT...

At 540 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles west of Doss to 6 miles northeast of I-
10 Near The Kimble-Kerr County Line to near Us-83 Near The Kerr-
Kimble County Line. Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Segovia, Telegraph, Us-377 Near The Kimble-Edwards County Line, I-
10 Near The Kimble-Kerr County Line, The Intersection Of I-
10 And Us 290, and Us-83 Near The Kerr-Kimble County Line.

This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 463 and 477.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 AM CDT for
west central Texas.
