...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT BROWN...COLEMAN...SOUTHEASTERN
RUNNELS AND NORTHEASTERN CONCHO COUNTIES THROUGH 445 AM CDT...

At 348 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Us-83 Near The Concho-
Runnels County Line, or 8 miles southeast of Ballinger, moving east
at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Brownwood, Coleman, Ballinger, Early, Santa Anna, Bangs, Blanket,
Gouldbusk, Lake Brownwood Near Thrifty, Burkett, May, Cross Cut, Glen
Cove, Zephyr, Voss, Lake Brownwood State Park, Leaday, Lake
Brownwood, Benoit, and Byrds.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 AM CDT for
west central Texas.
