* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northwestern Callahan County in west central Texas...
  Central Taylor County in west central Texas...

* Until 830 PM CDT.

* At 748 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over View, moving
  east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will be near...
  Abilene, Tye, Potosi, and Dyess Afb around 755 PM CDT.
  Hamby around 810 PM CDT.
  Eula around 815 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include Impact,
Lake Abilene, Camp Tonkawa, and Kirby Lake.

This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 274 and 297.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning
are occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning
is one of nature`s leading killers. Remember, if you can hear
thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will send your report to the National Weather Service
office in San Angelo.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
