...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 PM CDT
FOR EAST CENTRAL TOM GREEN COUNTY...

At 459 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over northwestern
San Angelo, moving east at 20 mph. There has been reports of
baseball size hail in San Angelo.

THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR SAN ANGELO.

HAZARD...80 mph wind gusts and baseball size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be heavily damaged. Expect
         considerable damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles.
         Extensive tree damage and power outages are likely.

This severe storm will be near...
  Eastern San Angelo, Wall, and Goodfellow Air Force Base around 505
  PM CDT.
  Veribest around 515 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include Harriet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for west central
Texas.

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
