...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 PM CDT
FOR SOUTHWESTERN HASKELL...NORTHWESTERN JONES AND NORTHEASTERN FISHER
COUNTIES...

At 534 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Tuxedo, or 10
miles north of Anson, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Two inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect damage
         to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles.

This severe storm will be near...
  Stamford around 540 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include Funston,
The Intersection Of Us-180 And Ranch Road 126, Hitson, and Tuxedo.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for west central
Texas.

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

Prepare immediately for large hail and damaging winds. People outside
should move to a shelter, inside a strong building and away from
windows. Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this
storm.

To report severe weather contact your nearest law enforcement agency.
They will send your report to the National Weather Service office in
San Angelo.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
