...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1000 PM CDT
FOR BROWN AND EAST CENTRAL COLEMAN COUNTIES...

At 942 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Pleasant Hill to Sipe Springs to near Owens to
near Trickham, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

These severe storms will be near...
  Brownwood, Early, Bangs, Blanket, Zephyr, Camp Bowie, and Lake
  Brownwood around 950 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include Owens
and Thrifty.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare immediately for large hail and damaging winds. People outside
should move to a shelter, inside a strong building and away from
windows. Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with
these storms.

To report severe weather contact your nearest law enforcement agency.
They will send your report to the National Weather Service office in
San Angelo.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
