...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM AST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Puerto Rico, including the following
  counties, Aguada, Aguadilla, Anasco, Camuy, Isabela, Moca,
  Quebradillas, Rincon and San Sebastian.

* WHEN...Until 530 PM AST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 228 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has
    fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    San Sebastian, Moca, Isabela, Quebradillas, Aguadilla, Las
    Marias, Anasco, Aguada, Camuy, Rincon, Hato Arriba,
    Aceitunas, Caban, Luyando, La Playa, San Antonio, Mora,
    Rafael Hernandez, Cacao and Juncal.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
