Be aware of thunderstorms in your area and be prepared to take shelter. .Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small streams, and washes. Isolated flash floods possible. .Excessive Heat...This level of heat affects primarily those individuals extremely sensitive to heat, especially when outdoors without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration. .Wind...Breezy conditions. Unsecured items could blow around. .Marine Conditions...Small craft should exercise caution across most of the local waters. .Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible in the surf zone particularly of the west, southwest, southeast and Vieques and Culebra. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday A wet and unstable weather pattern is forecast through midweek as a broad trough west of the area and deep tropical moisture pools over the region under southerly winds. There is moderate risk of rip current for most of the local beaches. A Saharan Air Layer will bring hazy skies by late Thursday or Friday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
