Plan to stop all outdoor activity and move to shelters. .Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small streams, and washes. Isolated flash floods possible. .Excessive Heat...Heat index 108-111 degrees expected across the west to northeastern sections of Puerto Rico. Heat exhaustion likely with prolonged exposure. Heat stroke possible. .Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible in the surf zone particularly across the north-facing beaches. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday Local effects, the available tropical moisture and sea breeze variations will promote a limited to elevated flooding risk through next week, mainly across the interior and western Puerto Rico. Hot and muggy conditions will persist for most days of the week. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is encouraged.
