  Coastal Waters OF Southwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...
  Coastal Waters east of Puerto Rico, around Vieques, and around and
  just north of Culebra and Saint John...
  Coastal Waters from Cabo San Juan to the waters between Anegada
  Island and Virgin Gorda and North 10 NM...
  Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

At 449 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated areas of strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm
were located over mainly over the Mona passage and Caribbean waters
between southeast of Puerto Rico and the island of St Croix
moving northwest around 20 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.

Intense lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the open
water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded metal
objects.
