...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WATERS...

  Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico AND USVI from 10 NM to 19.5N...
  Coastal Waters OF Northwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...
  Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...
  Mona Passage Southward to 17N...

At 841 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
over mainly areas of the Atlantic waters at 20 miles north of the
Aguadilla coast, moving north at 20 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
