.DISCUSSION...
Slightly cooler temperatures and slightly higher humidity today
behind a cold front that has settled across southern Utah. After
today, the front washes out and pushes back northward bringing an
isolated, mostly dry shower chance on Friday (CWR is near 0).
After today, warming and drying trend continues into next week and
through the following weekend. Saturday may be a day to keep an
eye on for the combination of warm temperatures, low humidity (mid
teens percent), and elevated southwesterly winds with gusts to 25
mph as a weak storm system moves through northern Utah.

By mid to late next week, confidence is high in the first heat
wave of the summer season developing as high pressure amplifies
over the Great Basin. This will likely push temperatures at the
burn site into the mid/upper 70s with RH values in the teens.
Currently no indication of any wetting rain for the fire site
through the next 8-10 days.
