367 FNUS75 KSLC 270838 SMFSLC Smoke Management Forecast National Weather Service Salt Lake City Utah 1240 AM MDT Mon May 27 2024......ADeSmet .DISCUSSION...A ridge of high pressure will pass over the state today, bringing increasingly stable conditions with decreasing mixing, especially across northern valleys. Mixing and clearing will increase once again on Tuesday, however, as the ridge moves off to the east. Excellent mixing and clearing will persist into Wednesday as a cold front moves across northern Utah. Some reduction in mixing again possible over northern valleys on Thursday behind the cold front, but clearing will largely remain good to excellent.
