854 FNUS75 KSLC 181101 SMFSLC Smoke Management Forecast National Weather Service Salt Lake City Utah 430 AM MDT Sat May 18 2024......Cheng .DISCUSSION...Unsettled weather conditions expected today as a stalled frontal boundary begins to lift back north across central and southern Utah. The next storm system will then begin to carve into the area, bringing another cold front with cooler and somewhat more moist conditions to Utah tomorrow into Monday. These unsettled weather conditions will result in generally good to excellent mixing conditions, although pockets of near 500 clearing index will be possible across portions of northern and west-central Utah within the cooler airmass behind the cold front.
