.SYNOPSIS...

Low-level southeast flow will prevail through Thursday morning,
thanks to high pressure off the coast of the Carolinas. As high
pressure slowly moves south east of Florida, gentle breezes will
clock around southerly on Friday. High pressure will continue
south this weekend, with a turn to southwest breezes, possibly
increasing to moderate by late in the weekend. Thunderstorms are
not expected over the waters through Memorial Day weekend.
