At 728 AM CDT, showers were moving southeast around 30 knots and are
currently located about 20 nm west of Empire Mica Wreck. Occasional
30 to 35 knot southerly gusts are occurring behind these showers as
reported by the public along the coast and offshore.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 to 35 knots, and
locally higher seas. Boaters should be mindful of these gusts for
the next few hours and seek safe harbor, especially if in small
crafts until these gusts subside later this morning.
