The affected areas were...
Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...

The thunderstorms have moved out of the warned area and no longer
pose a significant threat to boaters. However, gusty winds remain
possible.

...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 430 PM EDT...

For the following areas...
Coastal waters from  Suwannee River to Keaton Beach out 20 NM...
Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...

At 340 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 33 nm north of Suwannee River to 46 nm south of S
Tower, moving east at 30 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher
         waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make sure
         all on board are wearing life jackets.

Locations impacted include...
Horseshoe Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.
