The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Geneva County in southeastern Alabama...
  Northwestern Walton County in the Panhandle of Florida...
  Holmes County in the Panhandle of Florida...

* Until 515 PM CDT.

* At 346 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Laurel Hill,
  or 10 miles northwest of Florala, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Geneva, Graceville, Hartford, Slocomb, Samson, Malvern, Paxton,
  Esto, Coffee Springs, Noma, Black, Kellys Crossroads, Gritney,
  Logan Field Municipal A/P, Light, Izagora, New Hope, Noma Junction,
  Caney Creek, and Miller Crossroads.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for southeastern
Alabama...and the Panhandle of Florida.
