...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN DICKINSON...GEARY...
SOUTHWESTERN RILEY AND NORTHWESTERN MORRIS COUNTIES THROUGH 1215 AM
CDT...

At 1148 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Milford to 5 miles west of Junction City
to near Chapman. Movement was southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Southwestern Manhattan, Junction City, Ogden, Grandview Plaza,
Chapman, Enterprise, Milford, and Milford Lake.

This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 278 and 317.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT for central,
northeastern and east central Kansas.
