...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN GEARY...NORTHWESTERN
RILEY...NORTHWESTERN POTTAWATOMIE...EASTERN WASHINGTON...CLAY AND
MARSHALL COUNTIES THROUGH 115 AM CDT...

At 1235 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Odell to 6 miles south of Palmer to near
Longford. Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Clay Center, Marysville, Washington, Blue Rapids, Wakefield, Riley,
Hanover, Waterville, Leonardville, Linn, Greenleaf, Olsburg, Beattie,
Morganville, Randolph, Barnes, Summerfield, Green, Palmer, and Oketo.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
