at around 35 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was
around one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of one half to
three quarters of an inch. The rain developed or moved into the area
during the last hour The Tulsa area forecast for early this morning,
mostly cloudy, showers and thunderstorms likely with temperatures 61
to 66 degrees and northeast winds up to 10 mph.
