showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mostly in Carroll
and Benton counties in Arkansas. Movement was to the east at around
40 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was around one
quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch to an inch and a
half. Coverage, and intensity increased during the last hour. The
Tulsa area forecast for late this afternoon and early this evening,
mostly clear, temperatures 79 to 89 degrees with northwest winds 5
to 15 mph.
