Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in Choctaw county in Oklahoma and Sebastian and Franklin counties in Arkansas. The precipitation was in the Fort Smith area. Movement was to the east at around 25 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was around one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of two to two and a half inches. Coverage and intensity decreased during the last hour.
