At 1242 AM, National Weather Service radar detected scattered
showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain generally south of
I44 in eastern Oklahoma and also in Arkansas west of I49.
Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in Ottawa,
Delaware and Mcintosh counties in Oklahoma. Movement was to the east
at greater than 40 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour
was around one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of three to
four inches. Coverage and intensity remained about the same as last
hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late tonight, mostly cloudy then
becoming partly cloudy, a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Some
thunderstorms may be severe .

Delaware and Mcintosh counties in Oklahoma. Movement was to the east
at greater than 40 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour
was around one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of three to
four inches. Coverage and intensity remained about the same as last
hour. The Fort Smith area forecast for late tonight, mostly cloudy
then becoming partly cloudy, a chance of showers and thunderstorms.
Some thunderstorms may be severe .
