At 342 AM, National Weather Service radar detected scattered
showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain primarily in Carroll
and Benton counties in Arkansas. Movement was to the east at greater
than 40 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was around
one half of an inch with maximum amounts of two to two and a half
inches. Coverage and intensity decreased during the last hour. The
Tulsa area forecast for late tonight and into this morning, partly
cloudy, a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Some thunderstorms
may be severe .
