Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in Franklin county in Arkansas. Movement was to the east at around 20 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was one tenth to one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of three quarters to around an inch. Intensity increased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late tonight and into this morning, mostly clear, temperatures 60 to 66 degrees with northeast winds up to 5 mph. $$ This is an experimental automated product.
